The Leaders Land Junior is a training and support program for young talents. Focused on leadership, this program supports young people aged seven to thirteen in search of self-affirmation.

The first level: Junior Academy is mainly aimed at children aged 6-12, enrolled in the latency stage, sensitive to all the positive or negative influences of life. The Junior + level outlines 12 Leader profiles that can inspire any pre-adolescent, in the process of asserting themselves. It particularly concerns 13 to 17 year olds.
